Hi, my name is Eric McKay.

I am an Infrared Certified Inspector through InterNACHI.

I am an interprovincial journeyman carpenter with more than 25 years experience in the construction industry as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman, and site supervisor. 

This experience as a journeyman carpenter helps me recognize hazards and conditions in homes during inspections. I have worked with, installed, and seen almost every material used in residential, commercial and industrial construction.

I am 4th Class Power Engineer.

This experience helps me understand the theory in power generation, steam boilers, water boilers, turbines, pumps, motors, valves, controls and distribution piping of water and steam. 

My engineering ticket is regulated by Technichal Safety B.C.

I graduated from the CarsonDunlop Home Inspection Training Program, which many authorities consider to be the industry standard. 

My construction experience helps me identify problems or conditions in a
